Every time I try to set up the ID protection, the app shuts down. The safe browsing set up is confusing to say the least. I followed the instructions and it says I followed the wrong ones and I need to change it to something else with no instructions on how to do it. It certainly doesn’t just pop up as an option. And now that the ID protection shuts the app down, the safe browsing set up does as well. I’ve shut my iPhone down in hopes to fix whatever makes it shut down, but no luck. I definitely want to cancel this stupid, glitchy app and get my year subscription refunded. I wouldn’t have downloaded it and purchased a yearlong subscription if their antivirus for my laptop wasn’t great.
