「一緒に買えば、何でも買える。」

comono（コモノ）は友達や知らない人と、安心安全な共同購入、所有体験を提供するグループシェアリングサービスです。共同所有したい商品の出品、購入のマッチング、取りまとめ、決済までを一括で行うことができます。


■comono（コモノ）とは

Comonoはグループシェアリング、共同所有をベースにした個人の出品・購入体験を安全安心に支える共同所有アプリです。

主な機能は3つ

・共同購入したいものを投稿してアプリ内部、もしくは外部のSNSでマッチング

・マッチング後のお金のやり取りをcomonoが間に入ることで安心安全に取引

・取引期間中のまとめ主（共同所有の提案者）の連絡の手間などを削減

になります。


■comono（コモノ）の使い方

▼出品

募集を作成し、その中にこの募集で扱う商品を登録し、SNSにシェアします。募集は1人でも購入する方が出た場合は成立して料金の請求が行われます。

設定した期限を迎えると取引開始となります。

購入者は募集詳細ページで自分のほしい商品と権利数量を選び、購入します。

まとめ主（共同所有の提案者）が募集に設定した期限を迎えない限り、キャンセルすることが可能です。
※取引が開始されると購入者からキャンセルをすることができません

募集に1人でも購入者が現れ、設定した期限を迎えた場合取引開始となります。まとめ主（共同所有の提案者）は商品を用意してください。キャンセル自体は取引開始になるとまとめ主（共同購入の提案者）のみが行うことができ、キャンセルは募集に対して購入をしたユーザー全員に対して行われます。

商品の準備ができ、発送したタイミングでステータスを発送済みに変更してください。

まとめ主（共同所有の提案者）が作成した募集で購入をし、参加したユーザーは商品を受け取り、状態に問題がないことを確認し、受け取り済みのステータスに変更してください。

このタイミングをすぎると返品や返金などの対応が不可能となります、ご注意ください。

もし商品に問題がある場合、アプリ内でまとめ主（共同所有の提案者）に連絡を行い返送交換のフローに入ってください。

■サービス利用料に関して

サービスはまとめ主（共同所有の提案者）が入力した金額にプラス10％の手数料をのせて、アプリ内で表示されます。

例）100円でまとめ主（共同所有の提案者）が出品した場合、購入者は110円のものを購入する
