## What is Compal PHR?

Compal PHR®是由仁寶電腦工業股份有限公司提供的產品。 使用者可透過本應用程式或網站隨時隨地建立完整的個人健康紀錄，瀏覽個人的健康資料，達到自我健康管理。

Compal PHR提供您下列功能：
1. 提醒: 於「行事曆」新增個人待辦事項後，例如: 看診、用藥，待辦事項會放入「提醒」。按「完成」或「未完成」會將待辦事項會放入「提醒歷史」。

2. 個人資料:分為「基本資料」、「文件管理」。「文件管理」讓使用者選擇文件檔案後，放置於「我的文件」及公布於「外部文件」(除了「保密級別」為「未公布」)。

3. 臨床資訊: 介接您看診醫院的電子病歷以顯示過去的看診資料，包含:   門診、住院、用藥、檢驗、檢查、影像、病理、處置、手術、過敏、預防接種，「 臨床資訊」只用於顯示紀錄, 並不能使用於臨床診斷或臨床治療。

4. 健康管理: 在使用者授權下介接您Apple HealthKit的資料同步於App，亦可以「新增」、「修改」、「刪除」個人健康紀錄，例如: 生理指標，血脂紀錄，糖尿病，身體質量指數（BMI），血壓等。「檢視」個人健康紀錄時，顯示趨勢圖及列表，趨勢圖可以切換「天」、「週」、「月」、「半年」。另外，也可以利用健康紀錄評估個人罹患慢性病風險，進行相關之健康管理計畫。

5. 行事曆: 使用者可以「新增」、「編輯」、「刪除」個人待辦事項，切換「月」、「週」、「天」、「列表」瀏覽模式。

6. 設定: 修改密碼、語言設定。
