companion. is the real-time coordination dashboard for event teams. The iOS app brings your event itinerary, group chat, and live updates into a mobile-friendly view, optimized for fast access during the day-of.

WHAT'S INSIDE

Itinerary — Your day's tasks for each group you're on, in order, with location and time. Tap to start a task and mark it complete when done.

Kairos Portal — Side-by-side view of every group's itinerary on the same event. Color-coded by status, so you can see at a glance their progress.

Group chat — Real-time messaging scoped to each team or event chat, with @mentions and read tracking. Bell notifications for unread messages.

Live tracking — Opt-in location sharing during your event window, so admins see your position on the live map. Auto-stops when your last task completes.

Push notifications — Chat, mentions, status updates, and team alerts, delivered even when the app is open.
