Meerkat and bk need to get their act together and resolve this problem ### 1/5 — Doesn’t open *2026-08-15, version 12.35.9992* Stuck on splash screen, have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Just won’t open, completely useless. Won’t be using Compare the Market again ### 1/5 — Can’t get past splash screen *2026-08-15, version 12.35.9992* After downloading the app and trying to launch it, I just see the splash screen. Nothing happens and app doesn’t load. Tried deleting and re-installing, deleting all data manually from iPhone storage and then redownloading. Nothing fixes it, only seems to impact my phone and family can load it fine. I’ve had the app previously, so not sure if there is some cached data somewhere causing the problem. Especially annoying as I can’t access rewards via the web so right now I’m just locked out of using anything. Can’t use the rewards. Have had this app and used for years. But the Cafe Nero rewards aren’t working. It tries to load a QR code but then comes up with an error.
