How am I supposed to use my rewards when the only way to use them doesn’t work? Whilst I can view the cinema code, I’m having issues with claiming the Caffè Nero and meals rewards. The app takes you to the website, then tells you to click on the app, and somehow you end up back on the website. You answer the questions. The apps nod politely. Then, with all the grace of a malfunctioning sat‑nav, they whisk you off to some external webpage where… you are asked exactly the same questions again. It’s digital déjà vu, but without any of the charm. This is the great irony of modern technology: we’ve built machines capable of predicting our shopping habits with eerie precision, yet they can’t remember the information we typed in 30 seconds earlier. It’s the behavioural equivalent of talking to someone who keeps wandering out of the room miid conversation. The result? A perfect storm of circular logic, wasted time and the creeping suspicion that the apps are less “comparison tools” and more “patience stress‑tests”. Nothing happens and app doesn’t load. Tried deleting and re-installing, deleting all data manually from iPhone storage and then redownloading. Nothing fixes it, only seems to impact my phone and family can load it fine. I’ve had the app previously, so not sure if there is some cached data somewhere causing the problem. Especially annoying as I can’t access rewards via the web so right now I’m just locked out of using anything.
