Isn’t optimized for iPad/landscape mode, but it does the job ### 2/5 — Used to be great. *2019-01-04, version 7.4* Used previous versions and it was a great app however on this later version I can see properties in my search but when I click on the property of interest to get further details and photos the app keeps closing. (Using the English version on iPhone 8). Currently very frustrating and no resolution to date even when reported. App itself is good (when it works) however could be some improvement from agents showing photos on apartments... and also have a translation ability (like google auto translate) to your desired language if it doesn’t already happen. Love the map feature and links to google maps. Really a great feature when you are moving cantons or moving from abroad for work and unfamiliar with areas. Also love the ability to set up search criteria and have notifications. ### 3/5 — App Freezes *2018-02-28, version 7.2* In the last version updates this App has started to freeze (a lot!). I use it on a new iPhone 8 and new iPad pro and the whole device is frequently frozen for up to 30-60s at a time. It freezes when scrolling to set price variables, swiping through images of houses and waiting to load maps and move/zoom around on the maps. It’s extremely frustrating and detracts from the generally good overall content aggregation potential of the App. ### 2/5 — Latest update made app slow *2017-06-13, version 7.0* I used to love this app, but since last update it is to slow and pictures either take to long to load or never open. Overall usability is good and the integration with iOS makes it very convenient to use. Once found, property details are easily shared. Very functional. Ability to jot down notes against interesting listings and sync across devices (say you're house hunting with your wife) is great. My (small) wishes: - distinguish between 'seen' and 'favourite' on the map view (simply assign a different colour to favourites) - easier to delete multiple favourites (3 clicks each at the moment) - ability to automatically purge withdrawn listings from favourites - direct interface to anibis.ch so pictures for those listings are also retrieved ### 5/5 — Excellent interface! *2013-03-25, version 4.0* Excellent interface! ### 5/5 — Best app for house hunting *2013-02-17, version 4.0* Combines the power of Google Maps with an overlay of Comparis' aggregated meta search results from all relevant Swiss properties sites (NABhome, Immoscout, etc). You can even filter to narrow results. As I am relocating from one Country to another this app is priceless. I can get specific realtime information. I'm able to review and compare neighborhoods. The turnover comparisons help to determine issues in the area. I have already acquired my holiday apartment in one Country now I'm looking for my permanent apartment in another. The only thing that could make it better is if if had 360 video so you could see the interior in its entirety. Using this app google maps helps me to locate how close the Apartments are to Points of interest to me. ### 5/5 — Best property app for Switzerland *2016-11-16, version 6.9.2* This app does well what it promises.
