It is a little quirky at times and the app takes a few minutes to catch up I’ve noticed. For example, when I turn the heater on, the app refreshes and says “System OFF”. But, if we wait a few minutes it usually synchronizes. I like that I can control it remotely. Also, the app should be able to lock down the setup area and advanced settings, for example if you’re giving access to a tenant, among other things. ### 1/5 — Compass heat pump *2026-01-02* Unit is very unpredictable it connects when it wants and kick you out randomly ### 1/5 — Crashes at login *2025-05-18* Every time I try to use the app on iOS, after login it flashes ‘loading’ for a few seconds and then disappears. ### 1/5 — Poor quality *2025-02-28* Keeps disconnecting ### 1/5 — Goes offline and no way to add more than one user *2024-12-15* Will no reconnect to wifi - have to trip circuit breaker to get back online. Even when it is online it doesn’t want to sync. You have to change the setting 3 or 4 times before it applies.
