Every time I try to use the app on iOS, after login it flashes ‘loading’ for a few seconds and then disappears.

Paid my pool company to install this controller and app only to find out it’s basically the same as walking out and turning it on manually. Set up was a pain and the fact it can’t set a schedule makes it pointless.

This thing says it’s offline almost all the time. Even when it is online it doesn’t want to sync. You have to change the setting 3 or 4 times before it applies. Plus it has no scheduling functionality which is just ludicrous.

I would like the app if it worked as stated every single day it says the server is not responding check back later. It does work occasionally but that is not what I need. No reliability. This app is offline more than on and fails when I need it to work.

Setup was a little complex, but we managed to get through it.  It is a little quirky at times and the app takes a few minutes to catch up I’ve noticed. For example, when I turn the heater on, the app refreshes and says “System OFF”.  But, if we wait a few minutes it usually synchronizes.  I like that I can control it remotely.  Also, the app should be able to lock down the setup area and advanced settings, for example if you’re giving access to a tenant, among other things.

The app is very intuitive. It has functionality superior to other higher price options. Once connected, it’s very reliable. Has a great set  up wizard. Very easy to assign ownership of the thermostat even if the owner is not present.
