However, every time I try to send my child a letter, I get to the send letter part and it cuts out and sends me to my Home Screen so I can’t send them any more letters. ### 1/5 — What’s gone wrong? *2022-06-11, version 3.3.0* Latest release for IOS and it seems to not work at all. Just the cover screen with no menus or anything. It wasn’t the easiest to use before with letters not showing or being updated on the app but now it’s completely gone.
