## What is Compassionate Arms?

Compassionate Arms is a Michigan home-care agency. This is our app — for families looking for care, for people who want to work with us, and for our caregivers.

Looking for care for a loved one? Tap "Get care for a loved one" — no account needed. Tell us what help is wanted, who it's for, how it may be paid (Medicaid Home Help, MI Choice, MI Coordinated Health, Community Mental Health, or not sure yet) and the best time to call. Our office calls you back. We serve families anywhere in Michigan.

Want to work with us? Tap "Join our team" and send your availability, experience and certifications. No account needed.

Our caregivers sign in with the account from their invitation to:
• See today's clients and this week's schedule
• Clock in and out of visits with a location check (Electronic Visit Verification)
• Log visits: times, tasks completed and notes
• Capture caregiver and client signatures on the phone
• Keep working offline — visits and logs wait safely and send when coverage returns
• Track submitted, returned and approved visit logs
• Check remaining authorized hours
• Keep credentials up to date and get reminders before they expire

Visit data syncs securely to our office systems, is protected in transit and at rest, and is removed from the device after periods of inactivity.
