Need B complex and different forms of magnesium as well as many missing accurate directions on best time to take vitamins and with what types of foods for water versus fat soluble vitamins

This app is a good idea. However, the select a vitamin feature is poorly done. I am on supplements that are not listed. There needs to be a way to add extra supplements.

I love the concept, but there’s room for improvement. The vitamin selection feels limited—consider expanding the list or allowing users to customize their options by adding additional vitamins. For instance, while Magnesium is available, offering different forms of it would be a valuable addition.

It would also be great to include features like a scheduling tool with reminders or alarms to help users stay consistent with their vitamin intake. Adding a log or tracker for users to monitor how they feel physically, along with customizable intake schedules, could greatly enhance the user experience.

Finally, providing periodic updates on the latest research, new findings, and emerging insights about vitamins would help users stay informed and engaged. These improvements could elevate the concept to its full potential!

А Тиамин это витамин B1

Finally, an app that tells me when to take my vitamins and minerals! I just enter the ones I need and it creates a plan based on compatibility with the others and whether it needs an empty stomach or a meal. So great!!

Я давно мучалась с порядком приема всех витаминов, а принимаю я их не мало 🥲 
А это приложение максимально ПРОСТОЕ: за одну секунду выбираешь нужные элементы и получаешь расписание , что и в какой последовательности принимать 🎉

I cannot express my appreciation enough. Timing your vitamins and knowing the interactions is so important and the fact that it’s not more widely talked about is crazy to me. THANK YOU! A couple supplements I’m taking aren’t listed, but they’re not vitamins so I will just looks those up separately! (Ashwaganda, St. John’s etc.)

здравствуйте, скачала ваше приложение на радостях, зашла в описание витамина B6 и пришла в ступор. в разделе «нейтральное сочетание» вы пишите что он (цитирую) совместим с большинством витаминов группы B, за исключением B2, B7, B9. 
Далее вы пишите в разделе «усиление эффекта» для усиления действия витамина B6 рекомендуется сочетать его с витаминами B2 и B7… 
так где правда в итоге? и как теперь доверять вашему приложению?.. прям расстроили.
