I can’t even get pass log in as each time I request the code it makes you request for verification, it says failed.

Thermometer seems to work OK but whole point of buying a smart thermometer is that it syncs with Apple Health on my iPhone.

What could be difficult about a one button infrared thermometer? Everything apparently. Followed instructions for placement & after multiple readings it would not be within 2° of my oral thermometer. I tried off center, behind my ear, back of my neck , and underside of my wrist trying to even get within 1° of my oral thermometer to no luck.

Just bought the thermometer and tried to install this app multiple times getting a message “unable to install”. I’m using an iPhone 11 with the latest iOS 14.

I seldom write reviews, but in this case i simply cannot try and warn everybody about this terrible product. It has never synced to Apple Health from day one. I tried contacting their customer support and it took over a week for them to respond at all. Their response was that the app works just fine and to try it again. For over two weeks I have tried everything conceivable to get this product to work and it will not sync to Apple Health

I use the contact thermometer and the accuracy is not too bad (compared with oral thermometer).

Problem is connecting thermometer with App. Takes around 2-3 minutes to establish connection.

Also, only the last measuring of the day is uploaded to HealthKit.

I tried to contact the support but got no answer.

I used their beauty care device with App. It’s really easy to follow the instruction to carry on the nursing process. And I find my wrinkles less. I’ll keep using it and see the magic!!!

It’s 2* off. Did not know it until started using oral thermometer. Need to know these things when your reading 100.7 but it’s actually 102.7.

Just installed the app today after receiving the thermometer from Amazon. Product was able to sync to my device and the app is working well. Will repost another review in 6 months to confirm stability of the app.
