The app has its limitations, but the administrator has been amazing in helping to fix weigh ins, etc. I cannot say enough about the quick customer service that is given! 18lbs down so far too! ### 2/5 — App works sporadically *2022-01-20, version 3.8* For the last two months, the app works sporadically. ### 2/5 — Slow to load *2022-01-20, version 3.8* I want to love this APP but can’t yet. We are a group of 33 and ever day I have to open and re-close out the APP just to get it to load. Today I can’t get it to load at all. This is a daily occurance that has nothing to do with my WIFI signal as all the members are having the same problem. Love the concept, hate waiting. I decided to pay to get the apps removed this time because the delay was so terrible last year and it seemed to be longer this year. Even with removing adds (for 9 bucks!), the wait time just for a page to load is very long. Today is January 7 2022. Love the weekly match-ups, chat board and the way the progress is displayed! Just wish I didn’t have to close out and re open from freezing issues and it’s also usually several pages spinning for awhile before info is displayed. It is extremely slow to load; won’t load at times, generally clunky all around. I wanted to rate this 5 stars but it's so buggy. Anytime I try to look at the group details it says "invalid group ID" and won't match me or anyone else up in the group. Not to mention it require a picture of the scale to weigh in then let's you enter any weight you want? And a few of my friends have issue with the app crashing on them. Over all I love this app but it definitely needs improvement. I'd recommend giving it a shot... Seems to be a very rudimentary build with potencial but this version has sporadic consistencies. You have little control over anything. Most frustrating is that it’s extremely buggy. You can show as a part of a group, log a weight and then it’s not visible by anyone and then your all says you are not part of a group. Pick another app until this gets more stable. It’s a great idea but needs too much work. ### 1/5 — 3.0 is broken for me *2020-12-02* The app no longer works for me since updating to 3.0. The purple weigh-in button has been gray for a while, not letting me weigh in. Something flips it to purple if I wait a couple days or so, like this morning. The button is mysteriously purple now. When it’s purple I can weigh in as many times as I want in the same day. I’ve done it three times in thirty minutes. My weigh-ins are recorded in my personal view and in my all-weeks view but they do not have any visible effect on my group view (first tab). The host of the group can see my weigh-ins in the all-weeks view but not in the main group view. After weighing in three times this morning, the weigh-in button is still purple. Definitely not how the app worked before. The app is non-functional for me right now. ### 3/5 — Love the idea but... *2020-11-22, version 2.14* The ads are killing me. They don’t stop and the exit button doesn’t work. I have to shut down app altogether. Updated it yesterday and now I can’t take a picture (shutter button grayed out) so I cannot enter weight, can’t compete. Not for the Public. *2022-01-18, version 3.8* I was hoping the developer had fixed the issues from previous reviews but no luck. I’m only on day two and the app take ten minutes to load and open, then only 1/2 of the pages show. My percentage lost is showing differently on two different screens. Took 20 minutes for the app to accept my weight. We’re moving to a Google Sheet. We were all very excited, but the app didn’t allow any of us to weigh ourselves. As soon as we’d complete taking the picture and entering in the weight the app would crash and close itself. Very frustrating considering 2 of the members aren’t tech savvy to begin with and needed help creating an account. Now in search of another app for us to use.. our momentum came to a screeching halt though. After the teams were set and the group was finalized, my nephew decided to join. I contacted the app developer hoping for a workaround, and his response time was almost immediate. Who does that anymore?! Amir swooped in and saved the day within minutes!
