Things don’t load, always kicks out the user and asks to contact the admin. I have deleted this app and reinstalled so many times that I think o have deleted it for good now. ### 1/5 — Slow. Horrendous UX. *2026-08-30* Clearly not created by anyone that actually submits expenses. So many extra clicks and ambiguous alerts/warnings creating extra steps of now purpose. To make things worse it claims my device is offline. Well that is hilarious as the old app works just fine and I could submit my expenses. Forcing users to switch to an app that doesn’t function, wastes time, and simply creates delays in getting expenses submitted is beyond idiotic. ### 2/5 — Naja *2026-08-19* Kann jetzt nicht viel mehr. Belege laden bei mir nicht vernünftig hoch. Am Ende ist das das einzig wichtige ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-07-21* Only works when it wants to. ### 1/5 — Not functional *2025-11-20* First thing I tried to do is reserve a rental car, the search sat and searched for 5 mins and still handn’t turned up any results. Go to “leave feedback” about the non-functional search and that menu button isn’t working. Hopefully your company doesn’t force you to use this, 10 mins in and it can’t do anything for me ## Frequently asked questions about Complete by SAP Concur and GBT ### What is Complete SAP Concur & Amex GBT?
