I keep trying to enter my pin and reset it multiple times. Not even the temporary pins work. Now it keeps saying there is a network error which bs because I’m able to use my other apps fine. Take it from me. And I recently noticed that EVERY SINGLE one of my symptom logs has disappeared! I still see all the past treatment logs, just not the symptom logs. I contacted support only to learn that symptom data is never saved past your current device (despite treatment data being saved to the cloud, showing they clearly have the capacity to do this). Pretty bad design considering people get new phones after a few years, and this information is hidden multiple pages deep into the account tab. I did get a new phone recently, and now years of critical health data is gone forever! ### 1/5 — Slow and unhelpful *2026-07-03, version 19.4* It’s slow to login (which customer support justified to me because it was designed that way), and you can’t log different kinds of symptoms. Better to avoid this app & the headaches, and use a symptom tracker better suited to log medications and symptoms. Note to add I did email customer support and they told me that the app was designed to perform that way.
