Broad. Basic. Not helpful. ### 1/5 — What happened? *2024-01-20* It won’t let me sign up **Developer response:** Hi Hans, We are sorry to hear that you have not been able to sign up to the app. Once you have installed the app you need to press 'Sign Up' and 'Join as an Individual' and then you can create your account. Please contact appsupport@complete-coherence.com if you still experience problems. ### 1/5 — Too buggy to use *2022-12-14* App needs a lot of work. Crashes and is buggy to the point of not being usable ### 1/5 — Complete Beta *2022-09-27* I’m a medical provider and this app looked promising but I spent a couple hours trying to get it to work - frustrating!!! I couldn’t get it to connect to health app or any Apple or other O2 devices. No response from company to my questions. Minor issues (misspelled content) and glitches make me skeptical of any feedback or utility of this app. ### 1/5 — Unable to open *2022-09-12* I am unable to open the app. I’m not sure if it’s an issue on my end or the app end. Asked support and was told to just turn it off and on again. Sterling stuff. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t Work *2022-12-30* I’m an Android user and was having lots of issues using the app. So I found an iPhone to give it a try and it won’t open at all which is too bad because the information is excellent and pulling from some great resources. The bio-coherence tool is almost a carbon copy of the Heart Coherence Trainer but can’t use it as it doesn’t work on this phone or my Android. It’s too bad because it’s really great information and an excellent concept in my opinion. ### 3/5 — Needs bug fixes badly *2024-05-31* The information is amazing. The app however could use a lot of work. Certain sections of missions force shut down the app and won’t open at all. It’s very annoying. I got to day 3 of mission 11 and can’t get past it due to the app crashing. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback and we are glad to hear that you find the information on the app useful for your personal development. Please can you email appsupport@complete-coherence.com so we can take a look at this. ### 4/5 — Very interesting and well founded *2022-11-27* I mentor and train leadership, team, and personal development along with the Neuroscience and behaviors of leadership and emotional development. This app is extremely interesting as a tool to strengthen awareness and positive responses. Likely beneficial in more ways than I can list in a simple review. My reason for a four star instead of five. The app is a bit Klunky and it's wayyyy too expensive to recommend to the military and civilian youth and early in career groups that I work with. The start program seems to not be very intuitive but perhaps I'm an idiot on that front. The premise, effort, and potential results are Brilliant. I'd love to see an acceptable price point so I can refer it to the general public. At over 200 per year, it just isn't a logical tool to suggest. ### 5/5 — A practical daily partner for emotional wellbeing and higher performance *2023-12-01* A practical daily partner to help you develop clarity, emotional regulation, wellbeing and improve performance perfect for execs athletes or anyone wanting to develop these capabilities ## Most praised reviews (1 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Lots of reasons to like *2021-12-18* I’ve been using this App for a few weeks and I really enjoy it; it’s useful and helpful in understanding our inner experiences and developing skills to navigate the unavoidable ups and downs of life. I like that the privacy policy doesn’t link any data to me. The developer also seems to be constantly improving App because every time I check in there seems to be added features and improvements. The App was a little buggy at first but that seems to have all been worked out. While I’ve subscribed for access to the programs, the features I use daily are available without a subscription so, it seems developer is wanting to make these available to everyone without cost, which is pretty generous. Also, customer support was great.
