But I’ve tried 4 times with the newest update, and it still doesn’t open. Do that makes the feature worthless. The rest of the app features have worked well. ### 3/5 — Good until it’s not. *2021-02-25, version 20.2.50* The app was awesome until it wouldn’t open for me, just a plain white screen. Called a few times and just was told to reinstall the app and reboot my phone, which was done several times on several days. If we don’t have to type in a password in Chrome on a computer again to do a transfer, we shouldn’t have to again on the app. It’s very annoying. Worst bank I’ve had and honestly worse app. You would think that something dealing with money that greatly effects people life’s would just be slightly reliable, but if you expect that from this app then you are in for a horrendous time, RUN WHILE YOU CAN ### 1/5 — The bank and APP absolute trashcan dogwater trashcan *2022-03-27, version 21.2.70* App makes me reset my password way too many times. Apple saves my password using apples super strong security and it still says password wrong or to call 1800. Worst bank to have. Literally get what you pay for. Super cheap equals super cheap service. Even when I go to the bank the tellers be little you. Smh . Worst bank ever.
