It blows my mind that this app is used for safety, unreliable and totally useless. ### 1/5 — Just unsafe for airlines *2019-07-26, version 4.0.2* We are supposed to access critical manuals based on this garbage. We have had this now for years. It has been bad and now worse. Just go do something else. ### 1/5 — Unusable on iPhone XS *2019-05-05, version 3.4.0* Can’t log in and can’t run the app. Correct login info doesn’t result in login ### 1/5 — Utter garbage *2018-10-14* Unfortunately my company chose this program to maintain all of its manuals. This app has been a nightmare since we started using it two years ago. It has a multitude of issues including pages not displaying correctly, force closing and also deleting bookmarks that I use to reference important information. Not only does it not have the capability to follow important bookmarks when there are updates, it also deletes them randomly. Any company or business thinking of using this app needs to seriously look elsewhere. ### 1/5 — No stars if I could *2018-08-19, version 3.1.2* I don’t know what you guys and gals did but this thing is basically unusable. Constantly crashes. Please fix it! ### 1/5 — Bust *2018-08-13* Numerous problems as others have stated. The ability to highlight text in a document is only one word at a time. There is no ability to drag the window to grab more text to highlight. Nothing here to see, folks. ### 1/5 — Don’t install this update! *2018-06-18, version 3.1.0* This update causes Comply365 to close unexpectedly and closes any documents you may have opened. Keep using version 2.9.2 until this is fixed ### 1/5 — Sadly this company just can’t get it right *2018-04-05* Once again Comply365 has proven its inability to produce a reliable and usable application. I get the whole tech startup idea but the execution is properly lacking. How long will it take for them to realize they’re losing this battle if they do not change course on their software application roadmap. ### 1/5 — Newest update not working well. *2018-02-15* The new update is not working well. Please update again and fix the bugs. Mine closes out upon startup 90% of the time. I have it on iPhone and iPad and both are acting up. The ability to just use a pin to login and still sync is gone and therefore have to type all credentials each time. What a pain. I just wish that was the only problem. Mostly useless as I can hardly login and get to the info that I need for my airline. We need it to login much faster. Can’t wait 4 minutes to get to info. Please update again soon. ### 2/5 — Enormous miss *2016-04-03* Sadly this software, and its enterprise cousin, is an abortion. In an effort to force workgroups to arrange and process information in an identical way, useful and necessary documentation becomes unwieldy. Comply365's founder, Kerry Frank, has no background in software development and engineering; such lack of relevant background is abundantly apparent. Locating indexed information requires extensive drill-down -- in industries such as flight where rapid access to information in an emergency is paramount, this is unacceptable. Further, there is one and only one allowable arrangement of documents and forms in the enterprise edition. Sadly this is an enormous backwards step in human factors. Not everyone processes or arranges information in an identical manner. Further, there is no effective way to annotate documentation. The poor excuse for annotations is limited to a 'highlight' with no ability to actually annotate manuals or text. It is also entirely too easy to wipe out all annotations in documentation with just a few clicks. Though the concept is laudable, the execution in this package falls far short and bloodies its nose in the process. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2015-10-08, version 2.6.1* Zero stars if it was possible. Crashes and burns ### 1/5 — Complete disaster *2015-10-04, version 2.6.1* I am forced to run this app due to work. It's an absolute nightmare. Slow, buggy, takes forever to update when new versions of iOS come out. If you are thinking of foisting this on your workforce, please don't. Goodreader is so much better. It is always hard to log in on one of them after being logged in on another one. If course a decent app would not be that way and it deserves a one star rating for that alone, but that is not all. And it loads documents much faster ### 5/5 — Big improvement *2020-05-13* My company recently moved to version 4 of the app and it is such an improvement over the old UI. I like being able to see my compliance documents and favorites on the home screen and access all of them with one touch. The UI is just so much cleaner and nicer, not that the old one was bad but it was showing it’s age. The more ai use it the more I’m surprised by the native capabilities. It’s not perfect but so far so good. ### 3/5 — Fixes create more problems *2024-10-30* Used to be you couldn’t have multiple tabs open, without the last tab you were viewing reverting every other tab to the first page of a manual. They fixed that, all was good for about three weeks. Now? Now I can’t leave tabs open overnight without them closing without permissions, and the “workspaces” which I use to collate hard to find information has been rendered useless. Workspaces, a function I’ve used to great effect is now just a useless tab on the app. For the amount of money my company pays you, I’d expect your absolute most basic functions to well… function ### 3/5 — New Sidebar is annoying *2022-05-17* We all like the old one better ### 3/5 — “New” Alert *2021-07-21* I understand the desire to highlight new documents but PLEASE let it be an option. App worked fine until it was updated with the latest version on Sept 22, 2015.
