Comply Flow Inspection App for iPhone

Automated report builder and inspection app for health and safety consultants.  Reduce time on site by building templates that are easily and quickly filled out on site.  
Upload to our Comply Flow Audit Module to track requests, assign responsibilities and generate reports.

- Scheduled Inspections: Starting a new inspection now warns you if a pending or overdue scheduled inspection already exists for that template and site
- Scheduled Inspections: Site, date and checklist details now load correctly, and plant inspections sync without errors
- Save to Template: The toggle on Add Category and Add Checklist Item is now shown only to Audit Admins

- Stability: Fixed crashes when accessing the Person Responsible field and resolved "Failed to Audit" errors for contractors
- Plant Inspections: Outstanding actions now display correctly under plant details, and inspection status updates properly after sync
