Moving money in and out is incredibly easy. What impressed me the most happened today: I transferred out a large sum, and their team immediately called to verify it was actually me before approving the transfer. A representative named Paul was super nice, knowledgeable, and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. Exceptional security and amazing customer service! I can’t wait to try out their other products. Highly recommend! ### 1/5 — Do NOT trust!!! *2026-06-15* This company is a disgrace! I had to update my information (phone number and address, it didn’t let me make changes on the app or website, so I emailed them. I gotten an email back saying in order to make changes to send them a picture of my id and information to change to so I done as instructed, I was also told it would take 48 hours. This was done on Saturday June 6th, no change was made. I then sent an email Thursday night (June 11th) no response back. I then emailed again that Saturday because changes were still not made and stated I was told it would take 48 hours not a week what’s going on. Still no response.
