Ask about any supplement and get an answer drawn from published
research and your own tracked results together — not one or the
other.

• Ask from anywhere. The Compound mark sits above the tab bar
  on Home and Insights, and every supplement's impact card now
  has "Ask about this".

• It follows the conversation. After a question about magnesium,
  "what about focus?" simply works.

• Every answer lists its sources and says what fed it: your
  Compound check-ins, Oura, Whoop, Apple Health, or the
  published research.

• You decide about health data. The assessment asks before
  anything from Apple Health or a connected device reaches it,
  and you can withdraw that at any time in Profile.

• Medical questions get a straight referral rather than a guess.
