Liked it so much that I bought the full version so I could use it on my laptop. But that’s the thing, it doesn’t work on computers. Anytime I try to sign in it gives an error and I’m stuck using my phone, which can get really inconvenient seeing how I can’t have my phone on me at all times. **Developer response:** Hi Matt! It’s disruptive and makes me regret purchasing the full suite..it’s just unacceptable for the price point. On the other hand, the practice questions do help..so it’s a very confusing conundrum about how I should overall feel..3 stars for now.. fix the issues devs.. ### 3/5 — Great app, but... *2019-04-13, version 6.7* I really like the structure of this app. You can flag questions, it gives explanations, and it keeps track of your progress. It’s a great app when it works. Most of the time it locks up. I get heavy lag and frustration when I’m trying to take exams. Almost every time I open the app it wants to delay every time I tap anything. I paid for the full version, which is why I am frustrated. I have reinstalled this app several times. I follow the steps suggested by the support team, but it still does the same thing almost every time. I would love to give this 5 starts, because it would be an excellent tool for learning if it worked properly. The way it is, I often want to throw my phone against the wall and stomp on it until it is pulverized out of aggravation. Please developers, fix these issues. This app has SOOOO much potential. Thank you. ### 3/5 — Recommended, but it has issues *2019-01-20, version 6.7* I waited to review until I passed the exams. For the most part this is helpful, but the app is really buggy and has stuff that’s not in the objectives. OSI model is not on the A+ objectives, and there are many questions about it. Also you will never need to know what iTunes version is capable of what or how much minimum RAM all the versions of Windows require. Lots of stuff like that in this app. The app also frequently crashes. I’ve seen the devs respond to complaints that crashing isn’t normal, but so many reviews complain about app stability ### 4/5 — Stop working correctly *2019-01-16, version 6.7* It’s stop working correctly, I cannot create an exam easily any more because it cannot load content on Exam for the first time. You need to close and open app couple times to be able to create an exam. It cannot resume the exam any more. It freezes. Could you please fix it. ### 2/5 — Freezes up every time *2018-12-31, version 6.7* Freezes up when initially starting app. It asks me to register every time I start the app but recognizes that I have an account when I enter my email address. It has gotten to the point where the app is unusable. I only use this during my breaks at work. It takes 2-3 minutes just to set up a 25 question exam. And that is only when the app doesn’t crash. ### 3/5 — 3.5 Stars really *2018-11-29, version 6.7* This is certainly a pretty good app. Plenty of questions (800 at the time of this review) and the ability to flag questions you get wrong is great. I do, however, experience UNACCEPTABLE load times and lag. I also hate how sensitive the system can be. I’ve accidentally hit the wrong answer many times just trying to scroll the screen up or down. Changing the system to require a “double-tap” to confirm your answer would dramatically improve user experience Lastly, randomizing the answer orders for the questions would be nice too, so that you don’t just “get used” to where the right answers are on the screen and you’re forced to look for the right option. ### 2/5 — Works with bugs when you go premium *2018-11-28, version 6.7* I think I’ve had the app for 2-3 months now and I purchased the premium pro version about a month in. I have tried to regularly use it along side various other platforms for learning and studying. Unfortunately the app will crash every X amount of uses and I have to close, open, uninstall and reinstall the app to have the app locate the questions to build my exams or just keep my account status/progress correct. More time is spent trying to get it to work then actually using it. Not sure how relatable the questions to the exams are yet but they do seem a little easier than other practice tests. Overall it seems meh, I’m sure I’d like it more if there was less issues. Probably best to use it for light studying, if it works. ### 2/5 — Buggy for the past month *2018-10-24, version 6.5.6* This app absolutely helped me pass the 901 test. That being said, since the latest patch (meant to improve QoL?) it has dropped my progress every other say, and I am constantly having to restore the purchase. I’m not able to rely on it to drill the 902 questions, highly disappointed. ### 2/5 — Decent questions but app is too slow and clunky *2018-09-06, version 6.5.5* Paid for the more questions. Infos not bad but its not worded like the actual exams. the app hangs everytime i try to use it and takes a long time to show me my progress or that I actually paid for the questions. **Developer response:** Hi there! I forgot to mentioned I paid for this, there’s better options for your money out there steer away from this one ### 1/5 — App is not working properly *2019-06-02, version 6.7.3* The app keeps repeating questions but it counts them as if they were new, support tells you your app version is not up to date even when it is and is slow to respond. I just want to be done with this app but I’m waiting on the “bug issue” to be resolved. Their words, not mine. While I was going to school I used this app along with some online resources and the CompTia book. I absolutely love these questions they have definitions that help you understand what is being asked. Also the ease of being able to just use it anywhere is convenient!
