This app along with other study material really made the difference. I love the fact that I can do a quick round of questions at any time. Although frustrating this app asks a lot of very Comptia style questions that can be tricky to answer correctly. Definitely pair this app with some other tools to reach more focused knowledge about a given technology as this app does not get as technical as many of the real questions on the exam. The new Mentora chat bot is also incredibly helpful for understanding or learning more even if you get the question right. However, the more I studied using this app, the more irrelevant material I found. Don’t waste your time. Select an app that will help you review with asking questions based on technology released AFTER the 1201 & 1202 objectives were finalized or extraneous unrelated material. When you engage with “Mentora” (the little AI assistant) it just hedges and says that the non-relevant material is just there for “context.” Meanwhile, you’re wasting precious hours studying extra material for an exam that already covers an exceedingly BROAD array of topics. ### 1/5 — 1201/1202? *2025-06-04, version 4.0.9* 1101/1102 are retired.. where is 1201/1202? ### 1/5 — Stopped working after update *2025-03-07* Getting stuck on the new “state” page not loading any info just giving a “can’t see any data?” Button to report the problem. Prior to this it had 1000 questions but the score calculator at the end didn’t work, assuming redundant questions were removed but not from the calculation, I have the settings as saying after each question whether it’s right or not. This also means the practice tests weren’t accurate. I dealt with that because it’s still a lot of practice questions and only the exam result matters. I even bought the app. I took a break from the app for a couple weeks to come back and find that they changed their Pro feature. Now it’s a freaking subscription and my purchase is no longer valid. Also, I noticed some of the answers are incorrect. Also, this isn’t really a study guide. It’s more a practice test app if you already have the knowledge. Thank you. ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE THIS APP *2023-01-15* I noticed a lot of complaints in reviews after I purchased the pro version about the questions being outdated. They updated some questions and they do have some updated questions but a lot of the old questions are still on the app. Questions about windows vista and 7/8 that aren’t even a part of the 1102 exam. Not only that, they are worded horribly with lots of grammatical errors. I was still okay with all of this because a lot of the questions are good and this is a good study tool as far as the explanations go. But it appears to have been written by some Indians or Chinese people that have no idea how American grammar works. MY LAST STRAW: and I really want you all to read this part.. I gave this app many chances regardless of the errors, but there are wrong answers. I was asked how much drive space is needed to install the 64 bit version of windows 10 which is very obviously 32gb but that wasn’t even an answer choice and they said it was 20gb. That’s a really big mistake for such a simple question and I want a refund at this point. **Developer response:** Thank you for your time and feedback.
