I updated it today and it said there was “different” data on the server. I figured that meant questions and answers had been changed. It wiped out most of my progress, including resetting all the practice tests I had done. Have ChatGPT create a study guide / plan matching the Network+ objectives found at (partners.comptia.org/docs), watch messor videos to match objectives, practice with this app. ### 5/5 — Really helpful study aid *2025-09-13, version 4.4.2* For some reason I find it immensely easier to study topics when I have quizzes to constantly test my understanding and explain wrong answers, so this app is extremely helpful for me. I have trouble with straight lecture or reading, but this is interactive enough that it’s at least 50% of my study plan for the Network+, like similar apps were for my A+ core 1 & 2 exams (passed both on first attempt—seem almost identical so may have been by the same developer). Definitely recommend if you are prepping for the N10-009 exam! The developers clearly used AI to develop the material, and clearly lacked any QA to verify the quality/accuracy of the questions. A lot of these questions—besides the ones that are blatantly wrong—lack any sort of depth. You’re better off using another AI tool to review. ### 1/5 — Scam app *2025-12-18, version 4.4.8* I hit try for free and it has charged me for a full year subscription… ### 1/5 — Outdated *2025-06-13* This app does not cover any of the latest questions or material that's included on Certmaster Pro and the latest practice exams there. Details on cloud services are missing as well as newer types of attacks/threats. It doesn't include info on some of the details of fiber optic cable types, or any of the detailed questions on DNS records. After getting a 90% plus here, I got a 70% on the real practice test. Doesn’t seem to work on iPhone after the ui recently changed. I got my money back through Apple. It’s about 2 months later and just checked the app still isn’t working. I tried clicking the support button through the App Store and first they didn’t know which app, they must make a bunch of apps, then after I replied to tell them Network+ they needed my AppleID which I don’t know but I clicked the support button directly from the apps page in app store… I can’t imagine I am the only one with an iPhone that is seeing the issue - app is completely unresponsive you can’t open anything, don’t know how it’s still at the top of the list ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-02-11* The way the questions have been written is terrible, they make no sense and are full of grammatical errors. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback!
