At the end of the test it did not show me my result but instead went to the sign in page asking me to sign in. After signing in my test result was gone. It’s never registered that I took the test. Come on CompTIA, we give you so much money, yet your engineers can make a user friendly app. ### 2/5 — No alerts. *2026-07-30, version 2.1.019* Signed up for a paid plan. Got zero notifications or alerts yet my notifications are on. If you want a comprehensive practice test this is not it. but if you want to drill concepts into your brain, this is it. The questions are not similar that I’ve seen so far, but they do cover the same concepts to foster an understanding. It’s a discount for the product, then after you close, another ad and then a ‘leave a review’ prompt. I pay for this service every month and reported an issue on Thursday. It is now Tuesday evening and I still have not received a solution. Even worse, my study progress appears to have been reset or changed unexpectedly. I spent many hours completing topics and tracking my progress, and now the results are inaccurate. However the pricing is extremely ropey. You’re constantly prompted to take up the offer of £14.99 and then when you go to pay actual price is either £17.99 or £24.99. Not really acceptable ### 1/5 — Fix this *2026-01-12, version 1.9.045* Haven’t used the app since Friday the 9th, it is now Monday the 12th and it’s saying I’ve met my limit for today. There’s no “daily limit” if I can’t use the app daily like it claims I can. This is completely useless. ### 1/5 — Constantly blocked *2025-11-26, version 1.9.023* I downloaded the app and was able to complete around 20 questions before being halted as reaching my limit for the day. This was completely fine as I had not paid for anything yet and a daily limit on top of other features not being available is reasonable for free. However it has now been over 48 hours and my "daily limit" has not reset. I keep getting the paywall screen. So the app is either broken or lying that there is no daily limit and just a one time limit before you have to pay. Either way it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Just charge for the apo upfront if you're going to have a one time limit.
