That’s ridiculous ### 1/5 — Meh. *2023-01-14, version 2.3.1* Not impressed at all. Not worth throwing money at. Nearly as bad as NTS’s website. ### 1/5 — Junk *2022-10-02* This app is garbage now. A few years ago when I used it for the first time, it was pretty good. Easy to navigate and most important, free. Also, this app is very confusing for new users. I have clicked no next to the “do you play in this tournament” and it will NOT go away. I don’t know why I have all these things popping up tournament’s and events when I’m just looking for APA world pool championships… what are the developers thinking here? ### 1/5 — WARNING: video ads consuming cellular data *2022-06-29* Open app, get a dialog saying in app purchases not allowed (which is good!). I might consider a subscription just to get rid of ads if the app wasn’t so bad. It is amazing that it can be so hard to navigate an app that provides such a simple concept. Hey, but at least it’s slow… assume that is also part of the design goal. **Developer response:** Hi, thanks for the feedback, we didn't test with IAP disabled. It will only show the message once at startup in the next release pending approval. In a future version, the message won't even be displayed. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2022-05-17* This is the worst app. Completely unintuitive. It keeps asking me to upgrade. All I want to do is check on my boyfriends progress in the tournament and it’s impossible. ### 1/5 — Trashed a once usable app. *2022-04-08* Used to be usable. Hard to navigate, takes forever to load anything. Highly suggest a big overhaul with a new developer because this product is absolute junk ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2021-08-11* I’ve used this app in the past to follow my games or fellow players at a tournament. I thought I would use it to follow the tournament going on now but it’s virtually useless. It’s difficult to navigate, it’s cluttered to look at, and it’s frustrating to get to the information your looking for. I get information faster by posting on FB for updates of the players from the players in the tournament. So sad. This used to be a good app. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2021-06-05* I’d give zero or even negative stars if it would let me! I’ve used this app for years in tournaments and it was great. Did the update and everything that you used to be able to do for free on the app you now you have to pay a premium subscription for. ### 2/5 — Not impressed at all *2021-04-14* I don’t care for the updates. I paid for the app thinking it would be as good as it was before when it was free but it’s not. Keeps giving notifications on my phone about new opponents but does not show any brackets or pods in the app. ### 1/5 — Greed ruins good things... *2021-03-27* I found this app very useful for pool tournaments and leagues until the recent updates. The vendor pays for each player included but now they also charge the players separately for all the functionality that used to be included and let’s face it, functionality and ease of use has never been their strong point... Vendors pass the costs on to players so we essentially pay for the same thing twice that never worked that well to begin with and now works less well for a higher price. I’m strongly pushing my charter to get rid of CompuSport all together... Anyone know of any good alternatives? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Crashing *2026-05-16* App used to be great now when I go into a big bracket and try to zoom out on my phone the app crashes and I have to restart it annoying as hell come on do better!!! **Developer response:** Hi, this is the first time we get this report and would like to get this fixed. Can you send us the details at info@compusport.us, which tournament and which bracket are you looking at that makes it crash? Also what phone you have. Thanks! ### 1/5 — Just shows a blank screen *2025-10-29* Terribly buggy app. More often than not when I open it, it just shows a blank page and does not load. They keep shilling the paid version but who would pay for an app that barely works? ### 1/5 — Not working again *2025-10-29* New update Oct 29, 2026 and once again doesn’t work. Stop fixing what wasn’t broken! ### 1/5 — Virus spam *2025-09-27* If you dont upgrade to premium, clicking on anything other than basic info locks app with warning to buy antivirus and suggests (falsely) that phone is infected. I will be deleting this app right after my tourney. Compare with opponents !! The cost of the Premium Plan is affordable and worth having for All the information it provides! I recommend the Premium Plan !! It’s worth the exploration to see your personal player evolution and to have access to opponents information. ### 5/5 — Love the new look! *2021-09-23* Wow, this is so much more user friendly now. I love how all my upcoming games are listed on my homepage with which league, who we’re playing, and where. The match card is right there too. Great update guys, love the new design! I have plenty of friends that play darts to keep track of them all when they signed up for an event is tough. But if I got a notification saying they signed up for an event would be great. I get notifications as soon as they have a scheduled match. But would great to signup the same time they sign up.
