We have added a new weekly challenge mode for players who complete wave 10.  Once wave 10 is completed, a new menu option will appear: Weekly Challenge. Weekly Challenge players will be ranked on a global weekly leaderboard by score and elapsed time.

Power Ups - on wave 8, astronauts will begin to appear, which, if rescued, will offer the following 10-second stackable power-ups:
Rapid Fire
Spread Fire
Shield
Extra Life (will only appear when your remaining lives are less than 3)

Thrust Zone - the area of the screen to power your ship has been changed from the top middle of the screen to the entire middle of the screen to provide more control over your ship.

Add RESCUED to Mission Statistics - the total number of astronauts saved during the game.

Setting Option - added Turn Off/On background music.

Miscellaneous Bug Fixes

We will be introducing an Achievement system in the next release! It should be out within the next 2 to 3 weeks.
