All the subscriptions are auto-renewable subscription directly from the App Store. Payment will be charged to your App Store Account at confirmation of purchase. This subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period, your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal will match the initial subscription price. You can manage your subscriptions through your Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.

The app is not showing any magazines it says turn on Java and cookies all reddy on please fix.
App is working fine now been a subscriber to ComputerActive from the beginning love the magazine.

Error message …The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format.

No explanation just an error message ?

Tried deleting the App and reinstalling. …. New error message 

Log in non-2xx response: 405 method not allowed

Now fixed … let’s hope it stays that way.

I used to buy paper copies of this mag and occasionally download copies from the app.
I then decided to take out a digital subscription as it saved storing paper copies.
Everything has been fine until the last few days when suddenly I cannot gain access to my digital mags.
I am still a subscriber to computer active so can you please sort this out otherwise I will have to cancel.
Well hats off to computer active, within 24 hrs of my original review, and an email to them, I am happy to say my magazines are back for my viewing.

App stopped working and shows ‘can’t retrieve feed of feeds’ - tried reload - nothing. About o cancel subscription - disappointing - if I could give zero stars I would.

The app no longer loads the magazines on the 10-inch iPad, making it impossible to access any of the content. I’ve tried restarting the device and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. Please look into this as soon as possible, as it’s frustrating not being able to read the magazines. Any guidance or updates on a fix would be greatly appreciated.

Nothing to get to the pages of the articles , back button goes to the cover of magazine , I like the contents but have to scroll through each and every page to get to it .

I have read this magazine for years and it is excellent. However the App does not show full page on my iPad mini. The top of each page is hidden by the bar at the top. It is OK on my iPhone.

I’ve used this app and the Web User app for a while and it’s a very good app but it does lack a very basic feature. In the articles, it gives links to read further into things, but the links aren’t clickable so you have to go and type the address into a browser yourself. It would be much better if they were hyperlinked so you can view the content without leaving the app. Otherwise, a five star app!

The magazine is very good, but the app is crap. I am continually having problems accessing my online issues, with the app claiming that I have no active subscriptions when I am fully paid up.
