Entrei em contato e só falaram que tinha que esperar 48 horas. Mesmo assim tentei contato por diversas vezes ao longo de 2 dias. Até que depois disso apareceu no app que estava concluído mas o dinheiro não chegou lá. Tentei cancelar já que não completava o que aconteceu foi que não fizeram o cancelamento e apenas concluíram a transação , mas o dinheiro não chegou. Perdi o dinheiro e a única explicação é que eles fizeram tudo certo e o problema deve estar no banco que recebeu. Mas nada de chegar.
