Since then new iOS update I keep getting a message that app needs to get updated to be compatible. Please update soon or you will lose many customers. I am getting this message from App Store when I tried to call internationally through this app. I feel frustrated as this message is repeatedly displayed by App Store. ### 1/5 — Worst phone experience EVER!!! *2016-04-04, version 1.2* I used the app for a few months and found better rates from my cell phone provider and thus called in to cancel. Waited, spoke to first rep, she put my on hold. About 20 minutes after first making the call I was connected to John. Employee 02455. MY GOD this was the most painful experience ever. I have never had someone not listen to the customer and became overbearing and annoying. I told him no thank you I am using my cell provider. He then went on to tell me they can give some discounts, wave some fee, 3 months, 6 months, etc. Then he said dont cancel and use a back up. I kept saying no and he kept repeating the same thing over and over. I told him I have to get off the phone as this call was over 30 minutes already and I will get in trouble at work. He ignored me and kept going on with his canned responses. I then told him I will come back if I need the service. That was a mistake! He then used that against me and said if you are going to come back just stay on. I replied that I am willing to come back but if this call goes any longer I will not come back. Again this was ignored and he kept going on and on. I finally had to start yelling "Please let me cancel" over 10 times over the phone before he finally agreed. Each time I said it he ignored me and went on to a new reason to stay. When the 10th time hit he said ok hold on. I do not enjoy having to yell on the phone and could not believe what was happening. I am 40 years old and dealt with all kinds of phone issues over my lifetime and this was the most painful and annoying thing in my whole life! Only reason to download this is to challenge yourself to cancel the plan and see if you can make it out alive. There emails keep bouncing back, but sometimes they do get them. How strange? Their standard reply is that Comwave is investigating and will get back soon. I called the customer support as it took $32.50 from my account and when I tried to use the app - it loaded correctly for two/ three times and says wrong pin no and my trial Pedro's has expired . The customer service person told me that I can do this and manage the feature only ONLINE and he has no control or access to this service . It doesn’t recognise number with + as all my international numbers are written that way. If if nubers comes up i cant edit it I am sure a baby who just started writing code could develop a better app. If u dont fix this soon i am cancelling my account. It comes with a 30 day trial....so i talked and talked. For those interested, I just lowered my Telus bill from $150/month to just $25. (I now pay Telus $25 and Comwave $15).
