ConaPlan

ConaPlan is built for site managers, foremen and crews. It brings voice site reports and the construction schedule together in one account. VOICE SITE REPORTS • Say what happened on site today – no typing. • The app transcribes your recording, structures it into a clear report and adds the site weather. • Add photos, review the draft and send. • The project's recipients receive a clean PDF report by e-mail, optionally in other languages. THE SITE PLAN ON YOUR PHONE • Day view: which activities are scheduled today and in the coming days. • Confirm status in a few taps: on track, finished or behind – with a percentage and a note. • Flag a problem with a reason (previous crew, material, workers, documents, weather, other). • Link a report to the activity it is about. • No signal? Confirmations and problem reports wait in a queue and are sent automatically when you are back online. PLAN IN THE WEB APP Build or import the schedule (Gantt, phases, crews, working days and holidays; MS Project, Excel, CSV) in the ConaPlan web app; your crew sees and confirms it on site. The web app is in Slovenian for now. The mobile app is available in Slovenian, English, German, Croatian and Albanian. A ConaPlan account is required.
