Use Concentra Telemed™ to get medical care and physical therapy right where you are, right when you need it. Talk to an expert work health clinician or physical therapist using your smartphone or tablet for a video visit. How to Use Concentra Telemed Before you start, make sure you have Wi-Fi or a strong signal. You'll also need a picture ID. • Using your email address, sign up for a Concentra Telemed account. If you already have a Concentra Telemed account, select “Sign In.” • Once you’ve signed in, click “Request Visit” to be connected with a care coordinator. • The care coordinator will check you in and ask some questions about your injury or illness. • When they're done checking you in, you'll be connected with a clinician for treatment. This app is intended for employees with authorization from their employer to evaluate and receive treatment for a work injury via remote provider, as available in areas where permitted. Take forever for anyone to connect or see you and when they finally do their equipment doesn’t work. What was suppose to be a 15min session turned into 30-40min without even being helped or seen at the end of it all. Wouldn’t recommend anyone use this service. ### 1/5 — You can not do worse *2022-02-25* Absolutely do not use then whatsoever, you will not be helped and they tell me everyone who calls has to wait at least an hour before being helped after their appointment time and thats is if they get to you. ### 1/5 — Such a Joke *2022-02-02* If you have any other options for your healthcare, I say do anything and everything to avoid having to use them. It’s not exactly convenient when your five minute appointment ends up being a minimum of 2 hrs. And no matter how many follow ups, they NEVER actually know why you are there. They start talking to you like you’re there for something completely different, they either don’t have medical notes or don’t read them. And they kept rescheduling me because they couldn’t find my lab work. They asked me to track down my lab work and send it to them, extremely unprofessional. Also many of the employees were so rude. Basically, if you can think of anything that could go wrong or be irritating during an appointment, they covered it all. ### 4/5 — For my girl Destiny other wise I would have given 1 star *2021-09-15* 🐊🐊🐊 ### 1/5 — Horrible service *2021-03-23* I meet with a Dr who made be feel comfortable, first visit was okay. When I came back for follow up he’s not available so they stuck me with some rude lady, Shilpa Saxena.... she was worthless. She did not take into consideration of what I was going through. Call lasted 4-5 minutes just so she can see me breakdown and then transfer me. Right from the beginning I knew she wasn’t going to be easy to talk to. I was miss informed about a prescription but she was nice enough to jump down my throat and say “no, why would you want to take it now? It’s to late”. Worse company I have ever dealt with in my life.
