The App mobilizes those daily business requirements for the operation meaning more flexibility to be connected and be where you are needed allowing you to focus on your guests or members. Concept Mobile will give you access to the below features.
 
Dashboard
- View revenue analysis by Complex, Activity Groups, and other user-selectable filters.
- Consult utilization statistics for Staff or Locations.
- Consult utilization statistics for Profiles.
 
Profiles
- View, Create and Modify Profiles.
- Upload and Edit Profile Photos.
- Update Profile Contact Details & Addresses.
- View, Create and Modify Profile Preferences.
- Capture Profile Data Privacy (Consent, Profiling and Communication)
- Profile Anonymization
 
Appointments
- Appointment Agenda.
- Full Access to Appointment List & Search Filters.
- View Appointment Details.
- View staff roster, appointments and blocks.
- Spa Appointments are now available in Concept Mobile, book using a new and sleek UI.
- Add participants to your Scheduled Activities & Classes.
- Update Appointment Status (Reserved, Confirmed and Check-In).
