When you are away, you cannot login to it as it doesn’t recognise your login details. It says they are wrong and denies you access. It is clunky, unfriendly and just doesn’t work, which makes the whole CCTV system a joke! You can only view the CCTV when you are at home! This company are very quick to take your money, but are totally useless at everything else. Disgusted! Please can you use the scroll method of being able to watch recordings like hik vision do and the ring camera does. So much easier rather going in and selecting a search time and then having to press a fast forward or rewind button. Looking at the reviews you’ve only replied to the positive one and don’t seem to have any plan to resolve this issue. Will be speaking to ADT to try and find an alternative app which I can actually use. ### 1/5 — Awful app *2023-06-20, version 2.1.4* Slow, Ponderous Clumsy Looks like it was written for a mainframe ### 1/5 — Do not get a concept pro DVR *2023-05-09, version 2.1.4* The app is awful and riddled with connectivity issues. But the real issue is lack of support! Our DVR has randomly logged us out. We never changed our admin password yet now it says password incorrect. We are now unable to login to our cameras and view them at all on the app as a result either. No one seems to pick up their phone lines to support. We had the system installed by ADT who also installed the cameras. They say it is an issue with ConceptPro and to contact them. Yet, ConceptPro has no support. If there was zero stars I would be too generous ### 1/5 — CCTV Nightmare *2023-04-14, version 2.1.4* The CCTV system (Concept Pro) was installed by ADT (UK) around 2021 and they pointed me to this app. It has worked intermittently throughout this period and now I am unable to do anything to be able to connect to my CCTV through the app. I have deleted it, reinstalled from scratch and gone through the motions and now just getting some weird errors, I haven’t changed username or passwords and these are now the errors coming up. So rubbish. The Sequirenet QR code can’t be read by iOS phones anymore. Is anyone actually working on updating this app or have the developers given up? ### 1/5 — Very unreliable! *2022-10-15, version 2.1.4* My company has just paid £18k to have this dreadful glitchy unreliable system installed. The app so rubbish. My home has NEST cameras and they and the app is light years ahead. I was able to get round this on my Virgin router by setting up port forwarding but this seems to just not work on Sky. Over mobile data often the app will fail to connect or be stupidly slow. No tech support or help guides. Only option is to go to ADT who likely won’t be able to help. Awful, awful app. Update - changed router today. Set up port forwarding as before. Refuses to connect. Cannot get it to work now. ### 1/5 — Worse app ever *2022-09-15, version 2.1.4* Terrible to set up and navigate. suppose to support the ADT CCTV. And ADT don’t care . They make you pay for the CCTV but do t tell you that In Order to access the cameras you have to use this most awful app which is very unreliable. Don’t recommend at all ### 1/5 — The worst app I have ever used *2022-03-22, version 2.1.4* Not only is this app absolute junk; It freezes my iPhone 12 Pro meaning that I have to reboot the phone in order to clear the screen. Why on earth this is happening in this day and age heaven knows. Last time it stopped I had to pay £180 to get an ADT engineer to fix the problem. Previously the CCTV recorder was subject to a ddos attack that brought my internet to its knees. Found the user interface intuitive and the configuration options particularly impressive! ### 4/5 — I know what the problem was in my case why App failed and resolved it may work for you . *2020-11-07, version 2.1.2* Okay last night I shutdown the Concept Box VXH5 box couldn’t find an off switch so unplugged from wall. Gave it a few minutes then switched in and rebooted box. That night I tried to use concept pro viewer app and it kept saying connection fail . Frustrated I blamed the developers . However I apologise it was my fault ....I should have disconnected the Ethernet cable from the DVR and router after shutting down the box followed by switching the router off . All the people that have been having issues have a check on system setup>network>ipsetup in the auto port status does it say port conflict? If it does shutdown the box type in your username password then when shutdown disconnect power ,unplug Ethernet cable from box and router (in my case google wifi point) switch off router wait 5 minutes reboot router once connected to internet plug in Ethernet cable to router and device switch on DVR reboot log on and check the auto port status again if it say ‘auto port status success’ the app will now work correctly . Doesn’t appear to have been touched for two years until three weeks ago when “a bug was fixed” which has now rendered the app completely useless for me with no hope of connecting to my cameras.
