I’ve won tickets twice, including to a sold out show. They’ve even reached out personally after the entry period has ended when more tickets become available. If I could rate 6 stars I would ### 5/5 — Amazing staff *2026-06-20* The customer service at VNYU is unparalleled to any other company. I was shocked how fast they respond, even when I needed to reach out after 5pm. They’re super friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work. ### 5/5 — Great! *2026-06-17* The app is great, I love being able to see what all is happening around town! I won tickets for a show too and it was fantastic. ### 1/5 — Pointless, should have just made it a website. *2026-06-10* This app is pointless, you’re forced to use landscape to view it 🤮, there’s no reason for this to be an app. It just takes up space, and should just be a website. To continue with the stupidity of this app, to enter a giveaway I keep trying to enter my Google Voice number and it won’t accept it. I refuse to give my “real” cell number , because they should have no need to collect and most likely sell my data. I’d leave zero stars if I could. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We understand that our landscape-only design may not be for everyone, but it is an intentional choice for the experience we provide. Regarding phone numbers, we require non-VoIP numbers to help prevent fraud and keep our giveaways fair for all participants. We do not sell user data under any circumstances. Phone numbers are used only for account access, verification, and contacting winners when necessary. We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns and hope you find a platform that better fits your preferences. ### 5/5 — A fabulous service for so many different concert venues, particularly in the New England area *2026-05-13* I really wish this service was expanded to many other markets up and down the East Coast and beyond, because this is the most amazing free service that’s available. Winning free tickets is always awesome, and a level of customer service that the company offers is incredible. Tickets are always there, I never have a problem getting in. Please download this app today and start winning tickets ### 5/5 — Great app!!! *2026-03-03* Giveaways are legit and app works beautifully. 5 stars, no notes, thank you VNYU!! ### 5/5 — Great app!!! *2026-02-21* Giveaways are legit and app works beautifully. 5 stars, no notes, thank you VNYU!! ### 5/5 — Great app!!! *2026-02-19* Giveaways are legit and app works beautifully. I feel lucky to live in Boston, but this app should expand!! 5/5 no notes, thank you VNYU!! ### 5/5 — Win Big at VNYU! *2026-01-09* This app is very easy to use and looks great, but the best part of it is how generous they are with what you can win. I downloaded it to try to win free concert tickets but ended up winning their initial cash giveaway for $1,000! I will definitely continue using to try to win tickets but it’s also a great place to see all the concerts that are happening within Boston as you can filter by anything from venue to genre. Definitely download this app if you attend concerts! ### 5/5 — I LOVE YOU VNYU!!! *2025-11-28* Concerts are my favorite place to be & thanks to VNYU I’ve won free tickets several times <3 ## Frequently asked questions about ConcertList ### What kind of events can I find on VNYU.info?
