## What is ConchTalk?

ConchTalk turns the servers you already own into your personal AI workspace. Connect over SSH, say what you need in plain words, and ConchTalk plans the steps, calls tools, runs the commands you approve, and reports the results.

FREE FOREVER
No in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no account. ConchTalk itself never charges you anything — AI usage is billed by the AI provider you choose, through your own API key.

BRING YOUR OWN AI
Use your own endpoint, API key, and model — OpenAI-compatible and Anthropic-style APIs are supported. Requests go straight from the app to the provider you choose. No ConchTalk account, sign-in, subscription, relay, or cloud sync.

GET REAL WORK DONE OVER SSH
• Connect with a password or SSH key
• Read, write, edit, search, and upload files
• Multi-step tasks with tool calling and a live plan checklist
• Tappable question cards when the assistant needs your decision
• Read-only checks run in parallel for faster answers
• Long outputs are trimmed smartly so conversations stay on track
• Fetch public web pages through your server's network

KEEPS WORKING WHEN YOU LEAVE
Tasks you start keep running in the background with system progress and a Stop button, plus Live Activities. Long jobs can be queued and recovered.

DRIVE CODING AGENTS ON YOUR SERVER
Connect directly to agents already installed on your server, including Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Gemini CLI, Kimi CLI, Qwen Code, and other ACP-compatible agents. Sessions resume after you reconnect. Nothing extra is installed on the server.

SUBAGENTS, SKILLS, AND MEMORY
Delegate focused work to parallel subagents with isolated context. ConchTalk reads ~/AGENTS.md and your skills on the server, and keeps per-server memory for follow-up tasks.

OPTIONAL WEB SEARCH
Bring your own Brave, Exa, AnySearch, or Tavily key. Queries go directly to that provider.

YOU STAY IN CONTROL
Every tool has a safety level. Strict, Standard, and Permissive modes decide what needs your approval; dangerous operations stay blocked.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Server details, chat history, memory, and settings stay on your device. SSH credentials and API keys live in the iOS Keychain.

VOICE INPUT
Speak your request with on-device speech recognition. Available in English, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese.
