## What is Concierge Orthopedics?

Create and customize a physical therapist profile to include offered services for your practice.  Set your travel limits and states included for your tele-health practice.  Allow patients to find you within your parameters.  Chat with patients or providers.  Set your schedule and fees and respond to patient requests for appointments.  Patients upload a credit card to our secure storage and pay for visits upon booking.  Use our customized evaluation forms and daily note templates to document patient sessions.  
Patients create a profile to search for local providers with services of their interest.  Chat with providers, schedule appointments, and pay all within one application.
