E.g. Sometimes you can’t see you discarded cards; or if you select “Play Again” after you’ve finished a game, the game crashes; map and expansion windows keep popping up no matter how many times I tick the box to make them go away for good. And so on… Still, the game remains playable and is quite good. Simple to learn very hard to get good at. It’s a game of perfect info so if you are good you’ll be better than others. ### 1/5 — Cross platform crashes *2023-02-18, version 1.3.1* When playing cross platform with my friend on windows and I on iPad, my app crashes whenever my friend presses end turn. When I complete my turn my friend do not see update unless he kills the app and restarts. Getting my refund. ### 5/5 — This game deserves a much higher rating! *2023-02-17, version 1.3.1* Fantastic adaptation of a fantastic game! Truly one of the best “Euro” type games around (that fixes a lot of the annoying parts of Euro games) Unfortunately, when this app was released it was a bit buggy and so the ratings were low. But fear not, the bugs have been squashed and the app is now solid; after dozens, if not hundreds, of games in the past 7+ months I haven’t seen a single gameplay bug. If you like the base game, the “Season Pass” is well worth it; it gives you access to all new content that gets released. Especially nice if you have the physical game as you can try out new maps and expansions to see if you like them before shelling out the cash. ### 1/5 — Can’t recommend at this time *2023-01-17, version 1.3.0* The app crashes constantly. I’ve had to abandon as many games as I’ve finished because they go into an infinite crash loop. Really happy I paid for this on two platforms that don’t work. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Broken for Online Play *2026-05-31, version 1.3.7* The accounts constantly log you out when you swap apps. It does not meaningfully allow for online digital play because of this. As it means you get logged out, don’t get notifications, and have to fully reload the app EVERY TIME you swap to text your friend you’re playing with. ### 1/5 — Looks cool! Doesn’t work. *2026-05-31, version 1.3.7* Game crashes every time you swap apps. Doesn’t stay logged in while the game isn’t running, so notifications don’t work. Reading texts is difficult. I have stopped buying landscape oriented games for iOS as 98% are shrunk down tablet, or worse yet, desktop screen making everything too small and hard, at best, text font size and nobody seems intelligent enough to allow font size options. ### 1/5 — Horrible game ruining bug! *2023-10-30, version 1.3.2* UPDATED Oct 29, 2023: another bug, just as bad! Carefully planned series of moves ruined. Bought Consul, then played it, then used Magister to use Consul again, but it doesn’t work. Will email them with details, like I did with the previous bug but these guys don’t get back to you and since the Prefect bug is still there, they probably don’t care about us. Horrible way to treat customers. Can’t believe this still hasn’t been fixed. One of the best things about the game is being able to go through most of a turn,then change your move to compare. EXCEPT if you choose Prefectus first. If you then prefer a different move, you are TOTALLY AND IRREVOCABLY SCREWED. Press the arrow to end your turn with the preferred move, the board reverts to the Prefectus move and you can’t do anything about it. So I’m forced to continue with an inferior move and it’s a 9 point swing late in the game. The app is fine but i have to log in to my account every time. Also, notification do not arrive and there is not an icon in my phone menu with the numbers of games waiting for my move. Fix that and you’ll get a 5 star rating EDIT after a Year still no notification or auto-log in. I often miss my turn in on-line match, other times I log in and it’s not my turn… I can understand in a free app, not in a “10€ app” ### 1/5 — No Single Player *2023-04-05, version 1.3.1* Yes, you either wait days till your lobby room is full of players or NO GAMES. Ich bin begeisterter Brettspieler und bin überrascht, wie gut die digitale Version von Concordia ist. Alles in Deutsch und ein hervorragendes Tutorial erleichtern neuen Spielern den Einstieg.
