I am starting to get very concerned about the process. ConcREIT has communicated with me directly because I have voiced my concerns with them but I get the same sort of vague response. I don’t understand the process and how normal or otherwise this is for the review process. I definitely believe this could be typical or out of their hands but every day this drags on is just increasing my worry. It’s a great company and a great concept but maybe some more proactive acknowledgement and something to alleviate customer concerns would go a long way. ### 3/5 — Like the app but… *2025-01-22, version 4.1.0* Concreit is a great app, but this SEC review is dragging on. Concreit allows me to invest however much I want, when I want. They do their due diligence and make my hard earned money work for me. The customer is top notch and easy to talk to. They have made investing in real estate super easy and profitable. This is the only app that gives me a weekly dividend payout, which is a huge bonus for me. It’s also great to see the actual properties that my money is invested in. Several of my friends and family have joined as well and I’m happy to recommend Concreit to anyone looking to diversify their investments. ### 3/5 — Crashing app, measly returns *2023-01-09, version 2.10.0* Overall I like the idea but for an app that crashes a good bit (every time I use it), for measly 5.5% estimated returns, and a “less known” company, you’re better off just going with the bigger players. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — The app doesn’t work *2025-08-21, version 4.4.2* I can’t login. The app doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Months and still pending *2025-06-24, version 4.4.2* I have a little over $800 in my account starting from July of last year to February of this year. I am concerned as the app says 60 day holding period but it is now June and all of my money is still pending and doesn’t seem to have been invested. I want to withdraw it but again, it’s pending and you can’t take out money that is pending. I don’t like the fact that my money doesn’t feel liquid to me. I rather invest in a REIT through Robinhood. If I ever want to sell due to emergencies or anything, at least I know I can get my money out. To still be holding money for almost a year doesn’t seem right to me even if I am just small time. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother… *2023-06-15* If you want to wait weeks if not months to see what your money is doing, use this program. After hitting sign in stuck at a blank page ### 1/5 — Don’t do it *2023-02-17, version 3.0.0* So looked good initially. but don't be fooled. It takes 2-4 weeks for money to be ach in or out of your acct. There was only one option for investing. I initially put in $100. to try it out. Took almost 2 weeks for the money to be deposited into app. I waited a few months and didn't like it. I requested a withdrawal which took 3-4 weeks. While this was pending they instituted a $5.00 fee if acct is under X amount. They withdrew the $5 dollars which i was able to get refunded, but you guessed it another 2-3 weeks. I followed instructions to close the acct, but cant be done online. They want me to call in which I have done. No one ever answers. I leave a message and never get call backs. This was after multiple conversations online through chat to cancel acct. So save yourself the hassle. ### 1/5 — Scam *2023-01-06, version 2.10.0* Lost some of my money. “Dividends” add them up over time add up to less money than you put in. That’s the first sign of trouble. Imagine my surprise when during the worst inflation and economic downturn, it takes an act of congress to get my money out. Had no idea it would take a very long time. When I’ve tried to find out when, I’ve received one reply vague response. I have now waited for a long while for my refund. I have asked several times now for a more exact date with no response. Glad you took my money so fast and were eager help before I sent it. Never would I recommend this to anyone! If you want to invest in real estate do it the correct way not through a company who “claims to make is easy and accessible to everyone” they take your money for haveing an account but never take any money you willingly invest they leave it sitting in your bank account but take the monthly memberships fee because they are not affiliated with real estate at all! **Developer response:** Hi there, we're sorry to hear that your experience did not match your expectations.
