Awful app, my documents aren’t there, and I could submit a ticket once but now it just doesn’t let. How did they not fix it for three years already??? I saw someone having that problem 3 years ago

This app doesn’t work as it should, I am unable to submit a ticket on it for some unknown reason it just won’t send! It also doesn’t have up to date details such as a change in tenants and payments made so pretty useless really.
