I discovered that the magazine works best on my ipad. First, the app does not work like the instructions they sent me, so I can't even log on, second, the customer service is worthless. I had no trouble with this app whatsoever and am now wondering what all the fuss was about! I wished to subscribe to Condé Nast Traveller magazine. I did an online search for the magazine subscription department. I came across two options: I could subscribe to the printed magazine edition or I could subscribe to the digital magazine. I prefer print, but the cost of this UK magazine to be delivered to me in the USA was prohibitive. Also please note I do NOT want the USA version of the magazine, as it focuses on destinations which Americans prefer. The digital edition was quite within my budget, so I downloaded the app. Once downloaded I had the option to purchase each magazine individually or to subscribe. I chose to subscribe for one year and achieved this by using my thumbprint.
