Will not allow access to make a payment even having set up the designated Special Assessment Account that has been registered and approved.  It shouldn’t be this challenging to pay a bill!

Our condo association changed to a company that uses this app…
I can sign in to my account online on my computer, no problem…
From there I downloaded this app, and I cannot sign-in using this app…
It’s useless

When I click “proceed to echeck payment details”, the app will shutdown immediately. The same for the credit card option. Please fix it. Thank you.
