## Most critical reviews (5 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Useless

*2021-07-13, version 1.0*

Freezes all the time. Can’t go back to a home screen.

### 1/5 — Extremely terrible

*2021-07-03, version 1.0*

This isn’t straight forward at all. You have to do back door channels to get your condo community, that’s if your lucky. You ask it to save your password and it does not. Basically just skip this app, it will save you a head ache. You literally need 6 sets of instructions to get signed up and logged on.

Ridiculous, like this app made it 10x harder to get the information

Terrible

### 1/5 — Not an App; barely a Web App

*2021-06-28, version 1.0*

It’s literally just the website masquerading as an iOS app; except, you get a stupid white bar on the bottom of the screen—something you don’t get from simply a browser instead.

I don’t understand why companies do this. We are not idiots—even my most tech-illiterate people know when uninspired shortcuts are being taken. The least you could do is fix the stupid white bar. Look it up; it’s called “responsive design,” and It will probably fix your already janky website.

If you never wanted to make an actual app, why even bother submitting this tired job? It’s only hurts your brand. Sorry to be harsh; but, clearly no effort was put into this, so I couldn’t possibly be hurting anyone’s feelings.

### 3/5 — Banner notifications counter needs work

*2021-08-16, version 1.1*

It seems new notifications add to the total number received so if I see 63 new messages and open the app, the number disappears until the next new post and then the banner counter shows 64. If this could be fixed, it would be less annoying.

### 3/5 — Not horrible

*2021-07-07, version 1.0*

The app isn’t as bad as the other reviews make it out to be. It 100% is the browser version thrown into an app. That being said the app does remove the annoyances with using a browser for this sort of thing. As a board member I have to use it differently than the common user so maybe that’s why my experience is different.
