Booking amenities is the tedious thing and annoying thing ever, also hard to navigate. The app does not tell you what times are available. To book you must scroll all the way from 12am to 5pm for example, you submit and then it will tell you it’s not available, then you try again scroll all the way to 6pm, submit and it’s not available and so on. If the whole day is booked you must repeat this frustrating progress again and again with other scheduled days. The worst part is some people won’t even end up going so the court is booked and empty and you will never know unless you checked. Is this an app issue or condo issue? Don’t get me wrong I am NOT complaining about times being booked or popular times, the complaint is about the frustration of scrolling with no end a dozen times just for you not to be able to find any available times. I just think something should be done about this, a small fix that tell you what times are already booked before you go through the hassle of scrolling several times. Fix the scrolling issue by giving you a list to choose from and less pages where I have to “save” “submit” or “confirm” 6 times. I am not an app developer but these seem like easy fixes

With modern apps offering more functionality and features than websites, this app is the opposite. 

We need more functionality to allow mobile management of the condo complex rather than just a glorified display portal:
- identify tasks and services that have been updated
- allow uploading videos everywhere
- allow multiple filters of the tasks and service request and do not leave the task or SR filter consuming 60% of the screen!!! 🤦🏽‍♂️

But of course have a widget for the weather, cause that’s useful 🤯

This app makes you enter your visitors parking information every single time, even for the same visitor. Can you please let me store the visitor and just select them?

This app needs a proper UX designer and a product manager that actually cares about making this app good. It feels like an app built at the bare minimum cost.

Our condos recently seitched to this app, we all now have problem with the package lists. From tenant perspective we cannot see our packages/parcels that are ready to pickup. We only get emails and notifs but there is no section in the app to look if we have something to pickup.

I cannot book amenities. It doesn’t show availability before trying to book a specific time. So I have to check each item separately each time. And when you try to book it, it says you can not book it for more than 3 hours, even if you try for less than 3 hours or 3 hours. Or it says the booking start and end date should be the same, but I tried the same day. This is one of the worst apps
I use.

I got logged out of the Condo Control app, and now I can’t get back in. The two-factor SMS code either doesn’t arrive or arrives too late, and even when I enter it, the app still doesn’t let me log in. Completely logged out for no reason.

I installed the app in my phone. And there must be a glitch in the app. Every time I open the app. My phone freezes. I removed. Not good. And will never use it.

The theory behind this app is great! Unfortunately it doesn’t seem compatible with Apple products. It is pretty much useless you are better off using the website on your phone and eating the data. It drops requests, you can’t attach pictures, you can’t copy and paste. I have wasted hours trying to use this app and instead of increasing communication it hinders it.
