Trying to update auto pay is the worst! Even tried deleting it since unable to change and not can not even set it up anymore. Keeps giving stupid error message... oops something went wrong. The loading between every page is ridiculous and navigation makes no sense. It’s just random. It also looks terrible and I get angry everytime I have to use this app. ### 1/5 — Poor Design and Utility *2026-06-09* This app is a pain to operate. The interface is slow to respond, app design is not streamlined, and it’s buggy as can be. I can’t view my autopay information after having set it up (I know it works because I got charged AND received an autopay account setup confirmation email), and it claims that my “property is not set up for new payment style.” Login One-Time Passwords (OTP) will arrive only when the system feels like generating them to either your text or email-based options (issues with both) and then bug out when you try to log in with them, forcing you to submit the OTP various times before allowed to log in. I also signed up for FaceID authentication to avoid the OTP issues, yet it does nothing to change the login process. You still have to enter your email, receive a OTP, then troubleshoot until you manage to log in. These are just a few of the many problems with this app. I’d expect better for a community that requires such high monthly payments to live in it. The menu along the left edge can not be closed or moved and it completely blocks users ability to see any of the information being displayed. It’s obvious the creators didn’t bother testing the app on an iPad.
