La ph web no funciona bien, para encontrar mi reserva tardo horas porque siempre da error y si quiero contratar o adicionar algun extra me paso mas horas para que me deje comprar… Lo barato sale caro ### 1/5 — It’s bad as it says *2026-06-16, version 7.2.7* I tried to book in app and doesn’t let me through my birthday even it says adult. So I had to book it through website, I called to change the name bc it didn’t allow me at all and kept restarting. Plus it charged me money even though it says free. I absolutely hate this app and the system sucks. ### 1/5 — Buchung nicht gefunden *2026-06-02, version 7.2.7* Ich bin etwas ratlos. Ich habe einen Flug gebucht auf der Internetseite. Unbezahlt natürlich auch. Ich wollte diesen Flug beziehungsweise diese Buchung nun in der App hinzufügen. Funktioniert nicht. Ich hab definitiv die richtigen Daten eingegeben, selbstverständlich meinen korrekten Nachnamen und auch die Buchungsnummer. Ich habe die Buchungsnummer sogar direkt kopiert aus der Buchungsbestätigung. Kein Fehler meinerseits. Trotzdem wird gesagt, „Buchung nicht gefunden“. Wenn ich mich auf der Internetseite einlogge, dann wird die Buchung aber sofort gefunden - in der App kann ich sie nicht hinzufügen. Ich würde mich mal über eine Antwort freuen, wie das Problem gelöst werden kann! ### 3/5 — Wie kommt diese App an 4,4 Sterne? *2026-06-01, version 7.2.7* Unübersichtlich, nicht intuitiv und von all meinen Airline Apps mit Abstand die schlechteste… Nirgends sieht man auf den ersten Blick die nächste Buchung mit allen nötigen Informationen. Am schlimmsten finde ich die verschobenen Zahlen. 2026???? Echt? ### 1/5 — Consistently Wrong *2026-06-01* This is the worst of the airline apps that I use. The interface is confusing and archaic, while the data and booking information is constantly incorrect. On my 4 most recent flights it reported the wrong class and seat assignments and I had to request a printed ticket to assure the proper seating. Also, if you choose to upgrade your seat, the cost of any prior upgrades or pre-assignments are not credited. Good luck with this one! ### 1/5 — Terrible functionality *2026-05-30, version 7.2.7* Very difficult to find your boarding pass in the app, and my gate number was not shown anywhere at all! Also, when my seat changed, it still showed the old seat leading to confusion. The app is buggy- far more than those for other airlines. ### 3/5 — Mau *2026-05-15* Um an Bordkarten zu gelangen mussten die Daten mehrfach eingegeben werden. Anzeige erfolgt dann im Webview. Menüführung für Check-In so, dass man meint alles sei kostenpflichtig - einfach stumpf weiter klicken. Karten dann nur als PDF verfügbar. Übergabe an Wallet scheitert. In der App werden die Bordkarten nicht angezeigt. Workaround: Buchung in der App löschen und nochmal neu eingeben. Dann funktioniert es einwandfrei. Schade, dass es nicht ohne den oben beschriebenen Leidensweg geht. ### 1/5 — Unable to check in- shockingly poor software *2026-05-12, version 7.2.6* For reasons that are beyond my understanding the condor app refuses to check flights in. I tried to check in using the app for my outbound flight which refused to fully check-in, and gave an error message that I would have to check-in at the airport. The desk agent also commented that there was a problem with the check-in. For my return flight, I also try to use the online check-in but they said check-in was now closed. Going online to check in, I was able to check myself in.
