Can't change the filters or update anything properly. The worst part is I can't seem to find an option to report something or hide it. People post garbage listings and I can't remove it. Like if someone has the filter for 1 parking and then days3 in the description "1 parking space available for $250." Their web version is amazing and has helped in the past, but the iPhone app doesn't even do the bare minimum. ### 1/5 — AVOID AND Stick with MLS *2026-03-29, version 2.2* When you click on a property be aware that your email and contact information immediately is forwarded to an agent who will contact you unsolicited. No doubt you waive your rights when you agree to the T+C. We had some aggressive agents calling our cell phones and it wasn’t appreciated. These listings are skimmed off of MLS so there is no value to this app so just stick with MLS or realtor.ca ### 1/5 — Garbage app *2026-02-27, version 2.1* App use to work well but now it Won’t load. Searching function needs some improvement, for example I typed in “loft” and then it only lists properties’ names begin with ”loft” but not in the middle. ### 3/5 — Alright *2021-10-21, version 1.2.1* I enjoy it because it helps me filter out property types that I’m not interested in (detached, semi detached homes), but I find that it doesn’t update as quickly as apps such as House Sigma. The “Pet Restrictions” are also not always accurate. I’ve come across some condo listings that claim to have pet restrictions only to find out that they do allow small pets. I really only use it because I’m focused on condos, otherwise I would use a different app. Update: This app drives me insane. So slow & always crashing.
