## What is Conducto?

Most Apple Watch metronomes have a problem: screen goes dark, tempo wavers, or haptics drift. Conducto fixes all three.

Feel every beat. Strong haptic pulses you can actually feel, even mid-performance. Toggle haptic and audio independently, choose from multiple click sounds and haptic styles, and dial in your tempo with the Digital Crown or tap tempo.

TEMPO TRAINER
Set a start and end BPM, choose your step size and duration, and Conducto ramps you up automatically. Optional ramp-down once you hit the top tempo.

GAP PATTERN MODE
Silence specific bars to force your internal clock to do the work. The click returns on the next bar to keep you honest. Works standalone or combined with Tempo Trainer. Optional "randomize gap" mode allows the gaps to switch to a different bar every measure.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t appear compatible with Apple Watch SE for haptic-only function

*2026-06-27*

Not sure how well this app works on other devices, but Apple Watch SE has no always-on function and when my screen goes dark the haptic tempo is immediately interrupted. It then becomes irregular, and even gets out of sync with its own audible metronome function if this is turned on. This makes it unusable to me as a silent metronome solution for live guitar performance, which is the reason I purchased it. Unless there is a way to resolve this issue, I will likely report it as a problem via Apple Support and ask for a refund if eligible. Could be a helpful app for other devices, just not mine, it seems.

**Developer response:** Update 07/01/2026: The patch 3.7 is out and should address this silent mode issue. ———
Update 06/30/2026: I was able to recreate the issue on my device and pushed out a fix yesterday. Will update this when the patch is out.

Thanks for writing this review and bringing the issue to my attention. I’ll be working on a fix for this today (should be out sometime this week in patch 3.7). Feel free to shoot me an email at djklu31@gmail.com as well and I’ll shoot you a refund personally if you want to go that route. Thanks!

### 5/5 — Amazing! One suggestion

*2026-05-19*

Love this app. Working as a Musical director for a nyc show this month and will help me a ton!

Would you be able to add 1/4 time signature? Or alternatively the ability to have all beats have the Firm/bounce accent haptic? Would help since the lighter haptics can be hard to feel, but if 1/4 was an option, all beats could feel clearer.

### 5/5 — Pretty flawless

*2026-02-07*

Exactly what I was looking for! The only thing I can think of that could make it better would be for it to somehow automatically recognize the timing of the music I’m practicing to, because otherwise hitting the Start button at JUST the right moment is crucial and easy to mess up but idk if that’s even possible so… 5 stars!

### 1/5 — Useless over 150 bpm

*2025-12-29*

Paid $3.99, it didn’t indicate anywhere that it can’t provide reliable haptics over 150 bpm which is what I needed it for. Over 150bpm it just messes up its tempo constantly, very angry I lost $4 for no reason on this app.

**Developer response:** Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Since the latest patch, the issue has been fixed and the pulse types can now pulse at 240 bpm without any drift. If you reach out to me via email, I'll give you a refund + a finder fee for the bug and your inconvenience.

### 5/5 — Awesome functional metronome!!

*2025-11-09*

I’m a conducting student, and I find this app amazing. It’s simple and straightforward to use. I love it!

The one thing that would knock this out of the park for me would be to incorporate the ability to change tempo with the scroll wheel on the side of the watch.

That would make my day. Hope the developer sees this and would consider my request. 😁

If the function gets added, I’m more than ready to buy a coffee or two. 😆😆😆

It’s still an awesome app either way. Thank you!!!🙏🏻

**Developer response:** Update: Thanks for suggesting the change to tempo with the scroll wheel. This has been implemented in the new patch and is live now!

It’s great hearing your use case and knowing this app is bringing you joy. I’ll definitely be incorporating the tempo change via scroll wheel in the next upcoming patch slated for early January! Thanks again for the input and don’t worry about the coffee but I appreciate it :)

### 5/5 — Musician’s Best Friend

*2025-11-06*

Wow finally something useful for musicians on the Apple Watch. I use this as a practice tool and it’s great. I like that I can turn the sound off. Killer app!
