My kiddo had an allergic reaction at 2:30am and we needed help deciding if it was concerning enough to go to the ER. Dr. Williams helped us immensely with her calm demeanor, thorough review of our situation, and recommendations. All from the comfort of our home. 100% worth the $65 copay if you ask me!

### 5/5 — Great option for weekends and simple illnesses

I live an hour away from my hospital network and providers which is required with our insurance. The online visit option saves me so much time and money. I would be spending half my day in an urgent care for sub-par providers. Dr. Cain was excellent at asking the questions he needed to diagnose my illness. He was polite, professional and his experience was evident.
